October 16 World Spine Day Straighten Up And Move

Millions of people suffer from spine problems, which include lower back pain, neck pain, scoliosis, disc diseases, arthritis and osteoarthritis, spinal fractures, spinal tumors, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, etc.
