Fasting
· Minimum 12-14 hours fasting is essential before a health checkup.
· Avoid having tea/coffee/medication or smoking before the tests.
· You may drink some water if required.
· No alcohol/tobacco to be consumed at least 24 hours before the check-up.
Essential Items
· Carry your regular medications for Health Checkup.
· Bring all your past medical records and prescriptions, if any when you come for the check-up.
General Instructions
· Preferably wear loose clothing and easily removable footwear
· Remove all jewelry before coming.
· Remove contact lenses two days before the check-up
· Do not apply any cream, lotion, oil, talcum powder, etc. on your chest on the day of the check-up.
· Inform the team of your pregnancy or suspected pregnancy, if any, before starting the health check-up.
