Allergy tree panel is a group of test used for confirmatory diagnosis of allergy for tree like acacia tree, olive tree, oak tree, cypress tree, mulberry tree; , eucalyptus tree, alder tree, privet tree; maple tree, ash tree, Pine tree etc. The body's immune system produces immunoglobulin E (IgE - an antibody) and histamine in response to contact with the allergen. The specific symptoms that can result in allergic symptoms like eczema and respiratory disease (rhinitis and bronchospasm).

This blood test used to asses whether you have antibodies in your blood to the parasite Entamoeba histolytica. This parasite causes the disease amebiasis. Amoebiasis is a type of gastrointestinal infection infecting the bowel and is caused by the amoeba Entamoeba histolytica. It is usually transmitted by ingesting contaminated water containing the microorganism; eating contaminated raw vegetables and fruit; unprotected oral-anal sexual contact or through contact with dirty hands or objects in areas of poor sanitation and unhygienic conditions.

The antinuclear antibody (ANA) test is used as a primary test to help evaluate a person for autoimmune disorders like including lupus, scleroderma, Sjögren's syndrome, polymyositis/ dermatomyositis, mixed connective tissue disease, drug-induced lupus, and autoimmune hepatitis that affect many tissues and organs throughout the body. In autoimmune diseases, the body makes antibodies that work against its own cells or tissues. Rheumatic diseases (diseases that affect connective tissue, including the joints, bone, and muscle) are also associated with these antibodies. Autoantibodies are proteins built by the body, but instead of guarding against foreign material (including bacteria, viruses, and fungi) as normal antibodies do, they attack the body's own cells. The antinuclear antibody test looks for a group of autoantibodies that attack substances found in the center (nucleus) of all cells. It is useful as a screen for many autoantibodies associated with diseases that affect the entire body (systemic diseases). This test is particularly useful when diagnosing a person with symptoms of SLE, an illness that affects many body organs and tissues. If the test is negative, it is unlikely that the person has SLE; if the test is positive, more tests are done to confirm whether the person has SLE or another related disease.

This test helps to detect autoimmune disorders like granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Wegener granulomatosis), microscopic polyangiitis, and eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Churg Strauss syndrome). Myeloperoxidase (MPO) is a peroxidase enzyme most abundantly present in neutrophil granulocytes (a subtype of white blood cells). Myeloperoxidase deficiency is a hereditary deficiency of the enzyme which predisposes into immune deficiency. MPO level in the blood serves as a risk factor for artherosclerosis, coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction and other adverse cardiac events including severe chest pain. Antibodies against MPO are seen in various types of Vasculitis such as Crescentic Glomerulonephritis and Churg- Strauss Syndrome. They are detected as Perinuclear ANCAS (pANCAs).

A PR3 (C-ANCA)test is carried out to evaluate systemic autoimmune Vasculitis and other autoimmune disorders such as Wegener's Granulomatosis (WG), Microscopic Polyangitis (MPA). Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) are a group of autoantibodies produced when a person’s immune system mistakenly targets and attacks the neutrophil protein, proteinase 3 (PR3). This results in the production of autoantibodies to PR3. The PR3 (C-ANCA) blood test detects the presence or absence of these autoantibodies. These autoantibodies are present in a variety of autoimmune disorders that cause inflammation and damage to blood vessels throughout the body (systemic vasculitis). Vasculitis causes tissue and organ damage due to the narrowing and obstruction of blood vessels and the subsequent loss of blood supply.

A cardiolipin antibodies test used to detect the presence of cardiolipin antibody IgA/ IgG/ IgM which play an important role in the body's ability to regulate blood clotting. It helps to investigate the formation of inappropriate blood clot which may cause recurrent miscarriages, thrombocytopenia, unexplained thrombotic episode, a prolonged PTT (activated partial thromboplastin time), hemolytic anemia, thrombotic microangiopathy, SLE or other autoimmune disorders. Cardiolipin antibodies are associated with thrombocytopenia, recurrent miscarriages, and with premature labor and preeclampsia. Anti-cardiolipin antibodies (ACA) are acquired autoantibodies produced against cardiolipins. They are produced by the immune system against their own cells, tissues, and/or organs and attack them causing inflammation & damage. They increase the patient's risk of developing recurrent inappropriate blood clots in the blood vessels. Cardiolipin antibodies are also associated with thrombocytopenia, recurrent miscarriages, and with premature labor and preeclampsia. Anti-cardiolipin antibodies can be classified as IgA; IgG; IgM

A cardiolipin antibodies test measures the concentration of the antibodies IgG (immunoglobulin G) as they relate to the amount of cardiolipin. Cardiolipin is a phospholipid, or lipid (fat) molecule, in the blood. This test is an indicator for progressive autoimmune disease.

Anti CCP Body Test

Blood Test
Reports in 1 Day
This test measures the level of ACCP in blood. Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP) antibodies is used in diagnosis of in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. Anti- CCP which stands for anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody (CCP) is a blood test to confirm a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. This test detects the presence of citrulline antibodies in the blood. These autoantibodies are proteins produced by the immune system in response to perceived threat from citrulline. Conversion of arginine to citrulline plays a role in the autoimmune inflammatory process seen in the joints of those with Rheumatoid arthritis (RA). RA is a chronic systemic autoimmune disease that causes inflammation, pain, stiffness, and destructive changes in the hands, feet, and other joints throughout the body.

This test measures the amount of anti-Chlamydia IgG level in body. Chlamydophila pneumoniae is an atypical obligate intracellular bacterium that infects humans and is a major cause of acute lower respiratory tract infections mainly in elderly and weak debilitated patients. It also seems to be strongly associated with chronic obstructive lung disease, sarcoidosis, lung cancer and precedence to asthma. Examination of sputum or the secretions of the respiratory tract may reveal signs of the bacteria. Otherwise, examination of the blood may reveal antibodies or antigens against the bacteria.High levels of anti-Chlamydia IgG antibody are of diagnostic value in chronic or systemic infections such as salpingitis, mechanical infertility, perihepatitis, epididymitis, Reiter’s syndrome and pneumonitis.
